what to bring

We provide a basic starter set of supplies to get you started.  1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towel, 1 load of laundry soap.  We provide bath towels you could use for the private pool.   You need to bring extra beach towels if you are going to the pool at the clubhouse.

Trash

Trash is picked up by the resort each morning.  The trash bin, which looks like a bench, is located outside of the home.  The trash must be bagged (no loose trash), or the resort will not pick up the trash.  We only provide 1 trash bag per stay so you will need to buy extra bags during your stay.  The resort has no recycling so pizza boxes will have to be bagged.  If you have excessive trash, you can bring the trash to the main dumpster by the clubhouse.

The best way to communicate with us is via the app (Airbnb/VRBO/etc) as we have a team of people helping you answering any questions you may have since we are not always available to take your call.  When you call we will still need you to contact us via the app so we know your name and the property you are staying in.  Contact the host at 503-888-8070 if you have any emergencies and we will try to help you as best as we can.
